- Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.
Payment will be made by credit card and money order/eft at the stage of order.
The order process is deemed to be completed after the payment is made. The order will be sent with the contracted cargo company as soon as possible after the payment process is completed.
All orders placed on our petcanvas.art site are prepared, packed and delivered to cargo within an average of 5 working days. This standard production procedure may sometimes take longer due to holidays, public holidays, pandemics, etc.
Note: If there is an extra situation with your order (such as the photo you uploaded is not suitable and a new photo needs to be sent), in such cases, the production process for the design and preparation of your order will be longer.
We also provide all our customers with images of designs for prepress approval. The sooner you return to our e-mail, the sooner your design will be sent to print and prepared for shipping.
After all orders are delivered to the cargo, cargo tracking numbers are automatically sent to our customers so that they can be tracked.

For orders under €100 in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $15 flat rate shipping.

•Sometimes, even if we design your orders within the same working day and deliver them to the production cargo, we cannot do anything about the delivery times of the cargoes.
• If your order requires a new photograph to be used, please note that the design and therefore production time may take longer.
• We give our customers a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) to approve their designs. If we do not receive any response from you, your design will automatically be deemed approved and processed for printing.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
The seller is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in good condition, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
If the Buyer is not present at the time of delivery, Petcanvas will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation. For this reason, all kinds of damages arising from the late delivery of the product by the Buyer and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and/or the return of the cargo to Petcanvas belong to the Buyer. Likewise, if the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to another person/organization from the Buyer, Petcanvas cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
