Is it possible for us to place an order for two pets in the same canvas?

Of course it is possible, we can even apply more than two pets or even human figures in a single design!

What exactly happens after ordering?

You choose the portrait style and product size you want.
You upload a photo of your pet,
We also start the design process.
After the design process is over, we send the presentation image to your liking to get your approval. Once you approve, the printing and packaging process begins. Important Note: If we do not receive a response to the confirmation e-mail within 3 days, your order will be automatically approved and processed for printing.

What should I pay attention to when submitting the photo to be designed for my pet?

1.) Take care to take the photo in a bright place with daylight.

2.) Choose a close up photo with all the head details.

3.) Be careful not to shoot at eye level and to have no problems with clarity.

I only want to buy the prepared design of my pet friend, not the painting. Is it possible?

Of course, you can purchase a high-resolution digital copy of your chosen design specially designed for you.

After the design process is finished, we will send the high resolution version to your e-mail address via e-mail.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION

What is the shipping price?

Your cargo is delivered to your address free of charge. 

I didn't like my design. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our designers will make a special design work for you based on the portrait style you have chosen and the photo you have sent, we cannot return it after the design process has started.

But if you can let us know what you don't like, you can be sure that we will do our best to make you happy. We take your revisions seriously.

My product arrived damaged, do you exchange it?

If your ordered product has arrived torn, broken or damaged, please send an e-mail to info@petcanvas.art with related images and we will send the same product to your address again free of charge.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If you place the order, we will present the presentation image to your liking within 1-3 working days on average. If you approve, we forward the final version of the design to our printing team.

  • Average 1-2 working days for canvas paintings;
  • An average of 1 business day for phone cases;
  • Beach towels, blankets, pillows average 3-4 working days;
  • 3D Lenticular Poster average 6 working days;

is delivered in the cargo.

The delivery of the cargo to the addresses varies according to the region to be sent, but it may take 2-3 working days on average.

How can I track my cargo?

As soon as your order is shipped, an e-mail with the cargo tracking number is automatically sent to your e-mail address.

Do you send cargo abroad?

Yes, we send cargo abroad, but please specify which country it will be sent to, as the shipping costs vary from country to country.
